Whether you are coming to stay for work, getting away for a break just for you or with your family and/or friends, we wanted to give you some information and advice about how to advance you stay with some health and wellbeing tips, advice and connecting you to our local partners to give you access to exclusive deals. A lot of what we cover is free fo course.

Whether you need to know where to go jogging, local groups or organised events we have a wide range of information we can share.

We always like to have a wide range of recommendations and alternative therapies and linking our guests with local groups, partners to allow you to access these is a key goal for us.

Visits to places

Some of the best local advice in where to visit goes a long way to enhance your stay anywhere. We are so lucky having the sea and beaches opposite and if you want to get away to explore a little further we have some great recommendations.

Whether you want a hair cut, a message, facial or other treatment, we have the best recommendations to treat yourself when you stay.

Little things

We have made an effort to have planting at the front and back of the building to introduce green areas for our guests and also house planting which is proven to improve mood and reduce stress. We encourage guests to care and water our plants whilst staying.

We ask all guests

To create the best environment for all guests we ask all visiting to be mindful of others and themselves, particularly early mornings and evenings so everyone can enjoy their stay at our wonderful beachside apartments and Grade II listed building.

A wonderful place to stay, I usually stay at the top (Moray Horizon view) as they have 4 apartments, but the other apartments are wonderful too having stayed at them too.  Beach is opposite and the windows from the bedroom have a sea view! amazing :) so does the lounge and kitchen.  The twin - two singles at the back of the apartment is nice and quiet too and you have everything you need in the kitchen.  Lots of shops locally, coop 30 secs from the door in Kirkley and I loved the long walks to Kessingland on the beach.  Highly recommend.

Stayed in the ground floor apartment (garden view) for the entirety of December as partner wad performing in the Lowestoft panto. Oliver was an exceptional host who was contactable 24/7 and responsive within minutes, no matter what the query was. The flat itself was perfect for our stay, with a very large living room, fully functional kitchen and well sized double bed. The shower was easy to use but be warned there is not really enough hot water to run a bath if you have used any other hot water during the day (the boiler runs on a tank system - after contacting Oliver he gave us the keys to the boiler cupboard so we could boost the tank and get enough hot water. The shower itself runs on a seperate heating sytem and never runs out). Parking was easy enough - probbaly half the time during our stay had to use the private parking round the back of the apartment amd half the time there was a spot out the front in the public parking. Location is excellent - a 30 second walk fron co-op, pubs, takeaways etc. A 15 minute walk to the station and into the town centre. Obviously didnt come for the beach and the sea during december but this would be prime location during the summer, right opposite the pier. Fully recommend and would stay again

Enjoyed it over with family friends renting it for one week one basement apartment and first floor apartment. Large variety of restaurants and entertainment for adults and kids it the town.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful dog friendly apartments. We enjoyed a stunning sea view -you can sit in bed and watch the waves. Also great dog beach a few mins walk past the main beautiful beach. The apartment was well equipped even with deck chairs. Definitely recommend .
